Yes, two people can work on the same rug, but only if you book an M size ($260) or larger project. Please note that each booking is by default for one participant, so if you’d like to share a project, email us at info@sense7tufting.com.

For the Tufting Workshop, we welcome participants aged 12 and up. However, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, as the tufting gun requires some coordination and attention to safety.

Yes, you are welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks and small snacks to enjoy during the workshop. However, please be cautious when handling food and drinks around the equipment and materials to avoid spills or accidents. We also ask that you keep any food or drink away from the workspace while actively using the tufting gun to ensure a safe and clean environment for everyone.

Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48h in advance for free rescheduling. We understand that plans can change, if you’d like to cancel within 48h of your booking, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply.

We offer a 30-minute grace period if you’re running late. If you arrive within 30 minutes of the start time, you’re still welcome to join the workshop. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you may miss essential instructions and may not be able to participate, without a refund. Please make sure communicate with us if you think you’re going to be late

We provide all the tools and materials you need, including tufting guns, yarn, fabric, and frames. Just bring your creativity and wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dusty!
